Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line shopping pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most credit cards visa and delta payments via the web or on our customer order line.
Shipping And Handling
Please note that carriage charges are included on all products for mainland UK only. For overseas orders please e-mail or phone (+44 (0) 845 4027713) your requirements for a postal quote.
Delivery Schedule
All of our items are handmade to order and will be made once payment has been received. Delivery can take from 7-10 days. A signature will normally be required upon delivery - if you are not at home our courier will leave a card for you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your goods please return them to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund excluding postage costs to a maximum of £10.00. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds on customer damaged items. We are not able to refund return postage except for faulty goods. Please ask for proof of postage when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for those lost in transit.
